The annual community celebration will bring carnival rides, live entertainment, food trucks, children’s activities and a business expo to Wesley Chapel later this month.

WESLEY CHAPEL, Fla. — One of Wesley Chapel’s largest fall community events is returning later this month.

The 22nd Annual Wesley Chapel Fall Festival & Carnival will take place Saturday and Sunday, Oct. 24–25, at The Grove Wesley Chapel.

Admission to the main festival is free.

Organizers are planning a weekend of family activities, entertainment, food and community events, while carnival rides will begin earlier in the week.

The carnival is scheduled to operate from Oct. 22 through Oct. 25, with operating hours varying by day.

The main Fall Festival runs from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. Saturday and Sunday.

What families can expect

The weekend schedule includes live entertainment and community performances, food trucks and a Kids Zone.

Children's activities are expected to include bounce houses, face painting, pony rides and fall-themed photo opportunities.

A Fall Pageant is scheduled Saturday from noon to 3 p.m.

Sunday's activities will add costume contests for children and pets along with a Trick-or-Treat Stroll.

A separate Trunk or Treat event is also scheduled Sunday afternoon at The Grove, beginning at 3 p.m.

Local businesses will be part of the festival

The event is also designed to showcase the Wesley Chapel business community.

The North Tampa Bay Chamber Business Expo is expected to feature more than 60 local businesses, with participating companies offering giveaways, raffles and candy during the weekend.

That combination of festival and business expo makes the event both a family attraction and an opportunity for residents to discover local businesses and organizations.

Organizers say more than 10,000 people are expected to attend.

The Wesley Chapel Fall Festival is hosted by the North Tampa Bay Chamber, with the 2026 event presented by Pasco County Recycling and sponsored in part by Florida's Sports Coast.

According to event organizers, the festival has raised more than $100,000 for local charities since 2020.

Save the dates

For Wesley Chapel families planning their October calendars, the distinction between the carnival and the main festival is worth noting.

Carnival activities begin Thursday, Oct. 22.

The primary Fall Festival programming, including the Kids Zone, food trucks, entertainment and Business Expo, takes place Saturday and Sunday, Oct. 24–25.
