Registration deadline has passed. Pasco voters can still check their status, sample ballot and mail ballot plan
WESLEY CHAPEL, FL - The registration deadline for Pasco County voters to take part in the 2026 General Election has passed, but there are still several important things voters can check before Election Day.
Pasco County Supervisor of Elections Brian E. Corley announced that Monday, October 5, was the deadline to register to vote for the November 3 General Election.
For voters in Wesley Chapel who are already registered, the next step is not to wait until Election Day. The elections office is urging voters to make sure their registration is current, review their sample ballot and choose how they plan to vote.
The General Election is scheduled for Tuesday, November 3, 2026.
Check your registration status
Pasco voters can use the Supervisor of Elections voter information lookup tool to review their voter registration information, find their Election Day polling place, view a personalized sample ballot, see upcoming elections, request a mail ballot and check mail ballot status.
That matters especially for voters who recently moved, changed their name or are unsure whether their address is current. Pasco Votes says voters whose registration is not up to date with their current address may not receive a mailed sample ballot at the correct address.
Review your sample ballot
Sample ballots are now available for the 2026 General Election.
Pasco Votes says voters can view a personalized sample ballot through the online registration status lookup tool or use the sample ballot listing. Accessible sample ballots are also available.
Sample ballots are expected to be mailed in mid-October to voters who have not requested a vote-by-mail ballot.
Decide how you plan to vote
Pasco voters have three voting options for the General Election: vote by mail, early voting or voting at their assigned polling place on Election Day.
Early voting is scheduled to run from Monday, October 19, through Saturday, October 31, 2026, with polls open from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m.
On Election Day, voters must vote at their assigned polling place. Polls will be open from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m.
Vote-by-mail voters should plan ahead
Pasco Votes says vote-by-mail ballots must be received by the Supervisor of Elections' office by 7 p.m. on Election Day, November 3.
Voters returning ballots by mail should allow enough delivery time. Voted mail ballots can also be hand delivered to any of the three Supervisor of Elections offices or returned at early voting sites during the early voting period.
Pasco Votes says voted mail ballots may not be returned to an Election Day polling place.

- Confirm your current address.

- Decide whether you will vote by mail, vote early or vote on Election Day.
- If voting by mail, request and return your ballot early enough for it to arrive by 7 p.m. on November 3.
