WESLEY CHAPEL, FL — Wesley Chapel is preparing for one of its biggest fall community celebrations as the 22nd Annual Wesley Chapel Fall Festival and Carnival returns to The Grove this week. The celebration begins Thursday, October 22, with carnival attractions operated by Dreamland Amusements. The main festival runs Saturday and Sunday, October 24–25, from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. each day.

Organized by the North Tampa Bay Chamber in partnership with Florida Penguin Productions, the weekend combines entertainment, food vendors, Halloween activities and an expo featuring more than 60 local businesses.

The Carnival Arrives Thursday

Carnival rides and games are scheduled October 22–25, operating on a separate schedule that varies by day. Visitors should check operating hours and ticket requirements directly with the carnival operator. This is not the same schedule as the main festival.

Entertainment and Family Activities

The main festival opens Saturday at 11 a.m. Advertised features include a Kids Zone with bounce houses, face painting, pony rides, and pumpkin-themed photo opportunities, alongside live entertainment and food trucks. A Fall Pageant is listed for Saturday, October 24, from noon to 3 p.m. Families should verify individual activity availability before arriving.

More Than 60 Local Businesses

The North Tampa Bay Chamber Business Expo will feature more than 60 local businesses, along with advertised giveaways and raffles. Events like this give residents an opportunity to discover services and community organizations amid Wesley Chapel's continued residential and commercial growth. The Chamber reports the festival has raised more than $100,000 for local charities since 2020; this is an organizer-reported historical figure, not a prediction for 2026.

Halloween Activities Sunday

Sunday's announced programming includes children's and pet costume contests and a Trick-or-Treat Stroll. A separately listed Trunk or Treat is scheduled Sunday, October 25, from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m. Families should confirm registration and activity conditions with the organizers.

Admission Information: Confirm Before Visiting

Published listings conflict. The Chamber's event page advertises free entry, while the organizer's Eventbrite listing states $5 admission for guests older than three. Wesley Chapel Today cannot establish which policy will apply at entry without clarification from the organizers. Carnival rides, food and some activities may cost extra. Do not treat either listing as a definitive on-site admission policy.
